Your information and privacy.

Concierge Plus is a C10N Labs project. This notice covers our website and signup forms. Updated October 4, 2026.

What you share

The waitlist form asks for your name, email, city, interests, and permission to contact you. The partner form also asks for business details and your proposal. We record the version and time of your consent and campaign attribution, when present. Please do not include sensitive information in free-text fields.

How it is used

We use these details to understand interest in Concierge Plus and follow up on your request. Partner inquiries are separate from member marketing consent. Submitting a form does not create a paid membership or booking. We do not sell your signup details or share them with listed venues for their own marketing.

Service providers

Our website runs on Vercel. Form submissions are stored in a private Supabase database. Resend delivers request receipts when email sending is enabled. Public discovery pages do not call an OpenAI API or send your preferences to an AI provider.

Your browser and service security

Saved ideas are stored on your device using browser storage. You can remove them through the Saved ideas view or clear your site data. Vercel provides website analytics. Error monitoring, when configured, excludes default personal information, session replay, and performance tracing. For abuse prevention, the signup service stores a keyed digest of a network address rather than the raw address.

Your choices

You may request correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent through the contact channel on C10N Labs’ website. Marketing emails, when launched, will provide an unsubscribe route. Withdrawing consent will not affect earlier processing. We retain interest records only while they are needed for launch and relationship management; our operational review is scheduled at 12 months.

External websites

Venue links take you to independent websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Concierge Plus does not receive your booking details from those sites.
